Operating Terms

1. Tactical Authorization

By engaging Tree-Be-Gone, you authorize our deployment of heavy logistics equipment (Grapple trucks, stump grinders, cranes) to the specified coordinates. The client warrants they have the legal right to order the removal of vegetation at the service address.

2. Underground Intelligence

Tree-Be-Gone utilizes 811 locates for public utilities. However, the client is responsible for identifying all private lines (irrigation, pool heaters, private power). We operate with surgical precision but are not liable for unmarked private assets.

3. Logistics & Site Impact

Tree removal is industrial work. While we use turf protection, heavy machinery may leave temporary impressions. We are not liable for minor cracks in aging driveways or lawn depressions required for safe tree felling.

4. Cancellation

Mission cancellation must occur 48 hours prior to mobilization to avoid a relocation fee.
